Started in 2015, in Mt. Brydges, E&L Creations is an independent, small-business now located in Mossley, ON. The creation of this business was over a decade in the making. Through hard work in various trades and building relationships with Homeowners and fellow Tradespeople, E&L Creations has grown into a established, local Business.
We have worked with major Retailers, Homeowners, Property Management Corporations and fellow Contractors to establish ourselves as a competent, affordable choice when you're considering hiring someone to improve your home or property. Our goal is to develop meaningful, long-lasting relationships with our clients and community. SBM is an established multi-disciplinary Planning, Ontario Land Surveying, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering firm with offices in London and Kitchener, providing engineering services to a variety of private and public sector clients across Ontario. The firm currently employs over 95 planners, surveyors, engineers, engineers-in-training, technologists, technicians, and administrative personnel. SBM is proud to provide cost effective, timely solutions to architects, developers and contractors across the province.

Among other disciplines, we are experienced in developing a complete and coordinated building package. In this role, we offer the following services:
- Full contract administration services
- Development of design drawings (conceptual, partial, phasing, complete)
- Development of a complete bid specification package
- Management of design sub-consultants
- Provision of construction review services
We are also experienced with the development of pre-purchased equipment specifications, often required for a client's budgetary issues and time constraints. As part of a pre-purchase planning process, we have evaluated bid packages and negotiated with equipment vendors on the client's behalf.
